• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods. EMI options are subject to bank and partner terms.

Manufacturer warranty terms apply to all eligible products. Placewell Retail assists with in-store support and warranty guidance but does not override brand warranty policies. For service claims, please retain your invoice and contact our store team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Placewell Retail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
