Shipping Policy

We deliver across Siliguri, Gangtok, and selected locations in North Bengal and Sikkim. For locations outside our standard delivery zone, please contact our store team before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. In-store pickup orders are usually ready within a few hours during business hours.

• In-store pickup — Available at all 6 Placewell Retail locations. You will be notified when your order is ready.
• Local delivery — Delivered within 2–5 business days in Siliguri and surrounding areas.
• Courier delivery — Delivered within 5–10 business days for other serviceable locations in North Bengal and Sikkim.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and product type. Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions — any applicable offer will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS or email. For in-store pickup orders, our team will contact you directly when your items are ready for collection.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
